Right of Withdrawal & Sample Withdrawal Form

Note: This withdrawal notice applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who conclude a contract for a paid Blocaro plan via distance selling.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form attached below for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment. In no event will you be charged any fees.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you have communicated your withdrawal.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, access to the paid plan will be terminated. Where technically possible, the user may export their own content before deactivation.

Note on Early Commencement of Service

We may begin providing the paid digital service before the withdrawal period expires if you expressly request this. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal only occurs in the cases provided for by law.
